Michael Pons began his career in 1997 as a junior designer working on corporate identity and interactive projects for Fortune level clients like Disney, ESPN, NEXTEL, NBA and NASCAR among many.

 

For the past 10 years, he has focused his experience on helping businesses to not only enhance their brands on and offline, but helped meet measurable business objectives.

 

Michael's areas of expertise include Interaction Design, User Experience Design, Conversion Optimization, Corporate Identity Design and Strategic Branding.

As Managing Director, Bianca is in charge of the day-to-day business operations for the group. She helps ensure that all of the moving parts of our business are in working order.

Over the years Bianca's role has grown to become pivotal in ensuring that deadlines are met, projects are completed successfully and most importantly, that our clients are happy with the results of our work.

Prior to joining The Pons Group, Bianca was a paralegal. She spent ten years working for several law firms in South Florida and specialized in numerous branches of law.

Her client relations skills and close attention to detail make Bianca an integral part of our company's success.

As Director of Business Development, Eddy is responsible for developing and executing our comprehensive strategy to identify new markets for potential development opportunities for our agency.

His work focuses on identifying new avenues for growth and leveraging his expertise and experience to help develop new markets and form strategic partnerships.

He is currently working on Identifying, building, and managing positive and beneficial relationships with strategic partners in key industries.

Eddy is a 2007 cum lade graduate from Troy University with a specialization in Finance and 4 years of experience in commercial banking.
